London, 01 June 2017 - Tiziana Life Sciences plc ("Tiziana", AIM: TILS), a clinical stage biotechnology company developing targeted drugs for cancer and autoimmune diseases, today announces that further to the Company's announcement of its annual results on 23 May 2017, copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2016 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Company (the "Shareholder Documents") are now available via the Company's website at and from the Company's registered office at 3rd Floor, 11-12 St James's Square, London SW1Y 4LB.


Hard copy versions of the above Shareholder Documents have today been posted to shareholders who have elected to receive them in paper form.


The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.30 a.m. on Thursday 29 June 2017 at the offices of Cooley (UK) LLP, Dashwood, 69 Old Broad Street, London EC2M 1QS.
